Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile games published by Stellar Craft Games (Yeşim Memiş Kaçar, Türkiye), including Block Flare (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, hack, modify or reverse engineer the App, or manipulate leaderboard scores.
- Do not use offensive, hateful or impersonating nicknames, or nicknames that reveal personal information.
- Do not interfere with the App's servers or other players' experience.
We may remove leaderboard entries or nicknames that break these rules without notice.
3. Ads
The App is free and supported by ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its graphics, sounds, code and name, is owned by Stellar Craft Games and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App or the online leaderboard will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Craft Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or scores, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.

Bu şartlar, Stellar Craft Games (Yeşim Memiş Kaçar, Türkiye) tarafından yayınlanan Block Flare dahil mobil oyunlar ("Uygulama") için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Lisans
Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla, bu şartlara ve Google Play Hizmet Şartları'na uygun şekilde kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilir.
2. Kullanım kuralları
Hile yapmak, uygulamayı değiştirmek veya tersine mühendislik yapmak, skorları manipüle etmek ve saldırgan veya kişisel bilgi içeren takma adlar kullanmak yasaktır. Kurallara aykırı kayıtlar bildirimsiz silinebilir.
3. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve üçüncü taraf reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklam içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz.
4. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın grafikleri, sesleri, kodu ve adı Stellar Craft Games'e aittir.
5. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez; yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde veri veya skor kaybından sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
6. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
